DC large-scale simulation of nonlinear systems on parallel processors

Nonlinear DC simulation based on Newton-Raphson iterative method is extremely time consuming for large scale systems. One of well known algorithms for their simulation makes use of the sparse-matrix techniques. Another method may combine sparse-matrix techniques with the system decomposition into subcircuits. However savings co9ming fromn this approach is not satisfactory if we perform subcircuiots analysis sequetialy. In this paper we add parallel computation of subcircuits to the algorithm and implement it for parallel, multi core, multi threads processors. Efficiency of the algorithm has been tested.
