Protocols and data exchange in optogenetic experiments

Nowadays optogenic experiments are planned to examine behavioural relations in groups of animals.
A novel concept of data exchange and protocol is proposed. It performs several functions: diagnostics, measurement data transfer, compression, implantable unit identification and positioning in space, charger feedback.
