Structure of the Detector Control System on the example of the TRT temperature hardware interlock.

Providing a safe operation and supervision of the experimental setup is the tasks of the Detector Control System. Four big experiments at LHC are using PVSS and Final State Machine to built control systems capable of handling huge amount of data describing conditions of the detectors. In this talk the structure of DCS system on the example of temperature hardware interlock, which is a safety device of ATLAS Transition Radiation Tracker, will be presented.
