Pi of the Sky and gravitational waves searches

The presentation describes methods used by Pi of the Sky telescope for gathering and analyzing optical data to search for coincidences of optical observations with observations in the data from the LIGO and VIRGO gravitational wave detectors.
These coincidences are currently being analyzed within the 'Looc-Up' and 'Optical Transient Ext Trig Search' projects of the LIGO Scientific Collaboration and the Virgo Collaborations.
Main goal of those two multimessenger projects is to increase the detectability of the gravitational wave signals from compact coalescing binaries containing neutron stars and black holes.
