Changes in resistance of nanocomposite carbon palladium thin film with titanium electrodes under influence of voltage.

Resistors called varistors, which resistance changes under influence of voltage were obtained basing on carbon-palladium film prepared on ceramic substrate with Ti electrodes. These films are also sensitive towards concentration of hydrogen. Such The characterization of films and construction of varistor are presented in this paper. SEM and microanalysis results for the film are presented.
The varistor working parameters are at voltage 1V resistances of films 1500 Ω and at-10V resistance is 200 Ω
