An objective method for a video quality evaluation in a 3DTV service

The article describes proposed objective method for the 3DTV video quality evaluation. Identification of the 3DTV service's content chain nodes enables to design a versatile video quality metric. It is based on an advanced approach to the stereoscopic bitstream analysis. Performance of the designed video quality metric, in the face of the simulated environmental conditions, is there-in discussed.
