Principal Component Analysis implementation in JAVA

In this paper we show how PCA (Principal Component Analysis) method can be implemented using JAVA programming language. We consider to use PCA algorithm especially in analysis data obtained from Raman spectroscopy measurements, but other applications of developed software should be also possible. Our goal is to create an general purpose PCA application, ready to run on every platform which is supported by JAVA.
