PUBLIKACJE POKONFERENCYJNE WILGA 2008
1. Możliwe jest wydanie tomu Proc. SPIE.
Warunki wydania tego tomu są następujące: organizatorom konferencji uda się zebrać minimum 25 artykułów zakwalifikowanych,
których autorzy pokryją koszty publikacji artykułu w wysokości ok. 100 zl za artykuł.
Tomy Proc SPIE mają obecnie ocenę MNiSW w wysokosci dwów punktów, ale są bardzo szeroko indeksowane na świecie.
2. Możliwe jest wydanie zeszytu Electronics and Telecommunications Quarterly of PAS.
Do redakcji konieczne jest dostarczenie pracy łącznie z recenzją na formularzu Kwartalnika.
Recenzja powinna być wykonana przez pracownika naukowego spoza ośrodka autora.
Zeszyty E&TQ PAS mają obecnie ocenę MNiSW w wysokości 6 punktów, ale na razie nie są szeroko indeksowane na świecie.
3. Mozliwe jest wydanie zeszytu miesiecznika NT SEP ELEKTRONIKA. Do redakcji konieczne jest dostarczenie pracy lacznie z recenzja. ELEKTRONIKA posiada obecnie 6 punktow w wycenie MNiSW. |

WILGA 2008 – PUBLICATIONS
Due to the recent changes in ministerial ranking list the points awarded for publications in Proc. SPIE in the country were reduced to 2.
PSP endeavours to credit Proc. SPIE with 6 points. However, administrative procedures may take a considerable amount of time.
The WILGA 2008 conference organisers agreed with the Electronics and Communication PAN Periodical editorial office to release reviewed
WILGA 2008 articles in the regular periodicals. Please, submit the articles written according to the EiT periodical standard. |
Wilga 2008
Please, submit the presentations for the Wilga 2008 conference.
The conference will take place on Friday (30.05), Saturday (31.05) and Sunday (01.06) and subject to additional concerns of the participants may be extended by a couple of days (e.g. Thursday, 29.05).
An official visit of the SPIE Governing Body from Headquarters in Bellingham, WA USA and the Photonics Society of Poland (PSP) Governing Body, which is the successor of the SPIE Polish Section, is planned to be held on Sunday (01.06) in the morning.

- 8.30 Arriving at WILGA WUT Resort
- 8.30-9.00 WILGA Cakes and Coffee
- 9.00-10.00 Students research session on Photonics
- 10.00-11.00 Discussion of Students with SPIE and PSP delegations
- 11.00-12.00 Sightseeing of WILGA Facilities by SPIE and PSP delegations
- 12.00-13.00 WILGA Students Lunch in honour of SPIE and PSP delegations
- 13.00 Farewell
- 14.00 Arriving back to Warsaw by SPIE and PSP delegations
The visit of SPIE Governing Body in Wilga is the continuation of the main meetings taking place on Saturday (31.05) in Department of Physics at Warsaw University of Technology. A delegation of the SPIE Governing Body is also taking part in the PSP inauguration conference. |

PAPER DEADLINE EXTENSION
Due to numerable requests from Authors of WILGA papers, the Organizing Committee has decided to shift the paper submission deadline till 15th. July. This deadline is, however, ultimate. |

SPIE Proceedings
Presently, the volume of SPIE Proceedings from Wilga Symposium materials
is being prepared for publishing. The volume has to be sent to the
publisher in the USA by the end of July. All the papers for publishing have to be submitted till the 15th July. The complete tome of the SPIE Proceedings includes the
following:
- a well prepared and file format spiea4.dot consistent article
- an opinion from either a reviewer or a tutor
- a completed SPIE Copyright Transfer Form
