Impulse reconstruction from incoherent tuples of its low-frequency samples


We show how to recover the shape of an impulse having a large number of
sample sets (tuples), where each set consists of low-frequency periodic
samples of the impulse, and there is no sampling-clock synchronization
between the sets (i.e. the sampling-clock drift between each set may be
considered a uniformly distributed random variable).
