Education quality management based on educational statistics with data mining methods

The realization of effective education policy must base on active usage of education statistics and the creation of specialized informational and analytical systems giving opportunity to control the current state of the field and determine the education quality. This paper describes the capabilities of educational statistics, current methods for assessing the quality of education in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as a new approach of quality management education with the use of educational statistics.
