Information model of evaluation the efficiency of manager's mobilization in enterprises of innovational sphere

An important component of the effective management of the senior manager in innovative enterprises is the level of their
satisfaction with certain specific factors, which can cause both positive and negative impact on the efficiency of their
work. Managing the level of motivation of such workers by identifying specific motivation factors that are specific to
senior managers especially in the field of innovations in small and medium enterprises, as well as features of mentality,
peculiar factors of social and physical security in the conditions of modern Ukraine, the possibility of their quantitative
measurement is a topical issue. In the article management informational model of managers motivation for small and
medium-sized enterprises of the innovative sphere of activity in the modern Ukraine conditions is devised , which differs
from the existing ones, first of all in that it takes into account the three-level system of interrelated motivational factors:
8 factors of the first level, 30 factors of the second level and 13 factors of the third level; and secondly, the model is
consolidated with a single final integral quantitative meter; thirdly, for practical application of the model for each factor
of motivation at all levels adjusting weight coefficients (51 coefficients) were calculated, the quantitative dimension of
which was calculated based on the results of the conducted and elaborated expert research. The practical use of the
developed model allows not only to obtain a quantitative assessment of the manager's level of motivation, but also to
increase the efficiency of their work due to the targeted influence on the factors of motivation, which, according to the
calculation results, have a critically low level.
