Animal tracking system in biological experiments using RFID technology.

Presentation consider creating device allows to track mice in Eco-HAB system using RFID technology at 125kHz frequency. As part of this work printed circuit board based on AVR family microcontrollers was projected and realized. The software of radio identification for mice equipped with implanted transponders was implemented as well.
In the presention I discuss the process of designing device and results of testing.
