Princeples of Operatio of High Voltage Glow Discharge Electron Guns and Some Possibilities of its Technological Application

This paper is devoted to describing the basic principles of operation, modeling and possibilities of application of high voltage glow discharge electron guns for realising of different technolo¬gical operations in the different branches industry. Both diode and triode electrodes systems and particularities of its’ simulation are considered and examples of realizing different technological operations are given.
