Hunt for failed supernovae in the Milky Way galaxy with the Pi of the Sky telescope

The purpose of this paper is to present results from search for failed supernovae in the Milky Way galaxy using the data from the Pi of the Sky science runs 2004-2005, 2006-2009, 2011-2012 and from the ongoing science run. We prepared a dedicated algorithm for this search that might be used for another surveys as well. The most interesting application might be to use it on historical data and combine the results with the corresponding star observations from present day surveys, which could possibly give 100 years span of the data.
