Design of fast system for X-ray imaging based on hybrid pixel detector

Hybrid pixel detectors becomes very popular in both in High Energy Physics Application and X-ray imaging. We present the design and tests of system based on new generation of hybrid pixel detectors with 75 um pixel pitch for fast X-ray imaging. All the design stages including the architecture of the readout integrated circuit, its tests together with wafer testing and the first results of the X-ray imaging will be presented.
