The influence of tool inclination angle on the free form surface roughness after hard milling
This paper presents the experimental study performed to determine the effect of the value and direction of the tool inclination angle and feed speed on the selected surface roughness parameters. The samples were made of 16MnCr5 steel machined with ball end mill made of cemented carbides. The cylindrical surfaces were machined during the research. This enable to identify the areas where various values of the tool inclination angle were applied.
