Using recurrence plot analysis for software execution interpretation and fault detection

This paper shows technique that aims at developing method that provides possibility of software execution interpretation and fault detection with recurrence plot analysis. In case of presented approach recurrence plot analysis is applied to software execution trace that contains executed assembly instructions. Results of this analysis are subject to further processing that allows classification of computer program state in time.
